Biography

Chris Krammer is a Registered Physiotherapist, former NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and avid human performance enthusiast. Inspired by his love of sports and training, he pursued a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at UBC. During his undergraduate, Chris trained older adults and served as a Student Strength Coach for the UBC Varsity Athletes. Over time, he became frustrated by the impact of recurrent pain and injury on his clients and athletes. As a result, he obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC. He aimed to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to help solve the problems that limited his clients’ performance and enjoyment of life.

Since graduating in 2019, Chris has built a successful physiotherapy practice in Vancouver and Richmond. Now, Chris has been with Restore Rehab and Wellness for over two years. He shares what he’s learned and guides people through rehabilitation. His goal: give each person practical tools to take control of their health.

Chris blends manual therapy with strategic therapeutic exercise. In each session, he helps clients reconnect with their bodies and find flow. He aims to remove pain barriers and open the door to new levels of performance and a deeper enjoyment of life.

Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys woodworking, metalworking, painting, and finding his own moments of flow through snowboarding and training jiu jitsu.
