Tell me about it. There is a threshold though. You dont want to OVER hydrate as it can deplete the minerals stored in our body as well as its just plain annoying to have to excuse yourself to the bathroom frequently 😛
I drink water during my workouts and at night (when I am not drinking Diet Coke), but unfortunately I can’t drink water during the work day because I can’t leave my class unattended to go use the washroom. One of the disadvantages of being a teacher of small children…

Are you allowed a water bottle of some kind to keep nearby? I dont think I could go more than an hour without some sort of water! 😮
I hate the BMI metric, it always makes me feel like I’m such a failure.
