I’ve been in the “obese” category for over 5 years now…. that’s absolutely wild and so inaccurate.

Tell me about it. There is a threshold though. You dont want to OVER hydrate as it can deplete the minerals stored in our body as well as its just plain annoying to have to excuse yourself to the bathroom frequently 😛

Are you allowed a water bottle of some kind to keep nearby? I dont think I could go more than an hour without some sort of water! 😮
