Direct Billing FAQ’s:
It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require you to pay a partial portion, or a deductible – which is a once-a-year fee. Contact your provider to find out the details of your plan.
Direct billing is when we bill your insurance provider for payment directly, without you having to submit any paperwork. Not all providers or plans accept direct billing, and some will only cover partial costs. Contact your provider to find out the details of your insurance plan.
If your provider isn’t on the list that could be because they do not offer direct billing, in which case you would have to pay at your appointment and we would provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you are unsure whether or not you can do direct billing, contact us to inquire or contact your provider to find out the terms of your plan.
Yes! If your insurance provider does not accept direct billing, we provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to them for reimbursement. Lost your receipt? Just contact our front desk and they can send you a new copy!
