As a team, the main goal is to help you curate a strong sense of self-awareness. Our bodies tell an intricate story of our past and present, and it’s important to start learning how to listen to it. Cristine’s approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to your specific and unique needs. She utilizes Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI), Cognitive-Processing Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies, and somatic techniques to improve emotional regulation. Cristine will give you the tools you need to manage your challenges more effectively in everyday life so that your life or identity is not centered around your pain. Over time, as challenges come you will be able to more confidently navigate them without the power they once held.
